What an amazing God He is to be so patient with us humans and grant us so many privileges and unmerited favor.
I wonder sometimes what God thinks about our preposterous arrogance and self-importance. How stupid we are to think for a moment that we can be smarter, and greater than the creator.
Our lives are a GIFT. Not a promise, not luck, nor some cosmic accident. If you live today, it’s because there is a divine higher purpose and plan for your existence. Then to add to the miracle, an incredible bonus was lavished upon you and me, we were crowned with the freedom to choose. Wow!
How ridiculous to think ignoring God or deconstructing Him will lead to His nonexistence. You can bury your head in the sand for as long as you like, but that doesn’t stop the sky from being blue and the sun and stars from shining.
In my opinion, Christianity has it all back-to-front concerning God. It seeks to include God into their program, and limit God — when it should be the other way around.
